We are the Longville Lakes Arts Alliance, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, doing business as the Longville Lakes Arts Center. We have recently moved into a space that will provide the community a center for all kinds of arts events.

Our vision is to establish Longville as a thriving hub for artistic exploration and community engagement. By offering classes, a stained-glass studio and gathering space, we aspire to create an environment where everyone can unleash their artistry. As Longville Lakes Arts Center, we envision a future where art flourishes year-round and individuals of all ages come together to learn, create and celebrate the beauty of expression.
Discover a diverse array of creative classes tailored for all ages and skill levels. Delve into the captivating worlds of stained glass, watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media painting, alongside hands-on experiences in pine needle basket making, wool felting, baking and pastry, bead work, card making, mosaics, scratch board, jewelry making, weaving, sewing, quilting, and much more.
Our classes run year-round, ensuring there's always an opportunity to explore your artistic passions. Plus, during the summer months, we offer FREE classes for kids aged 6-12 every Thursday from 1-2pm (limited to 12 participants, first-come, first-served). Additionally, join us on Thursdays from 10am - Noon for 'Coffee, Crafts and Conversation', where you can bring your own projects or dive into one of ours. Please note that certain craft projects may include a materials fee.
Each summer we will feature area artists to display their work in a month-long exhibit. An opening reception will be held for each artist to showcase their work. Our first reception will be on May 11, 2024 for watercolor artist Jan Forbes.
We love our community, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
